•Pro/E assembly for Groups and Arrangements and built entire 424B Backhoe loader in Pro/E by integrating top level 9 arrangements namely (Chassis Ar, Loader Ar, Engine Ar, Hydraulics Ar, Backhoe Ar, Drive Ar, Cab Ar, Transmission Ar and Electrical Ar)
•Performed Designing, Modeling and Detailing work on 2021 Small Wheel Loader by Reverse Engineering method.
•Solved Production Line issues through ECR by providing ICA & PCA in place.
•Proved as a Configurator by performing Configuration Check for all the models of Small Wheel Loader & Backhoe Loader.
•Worked as Decals Engineer for BHL & SWL from conceptual design till they get developed from supplier end to assembly line.

KITs / PARTS SALES IMPROVEMENTs:
•Got a great appreciation from Product Manager for successfully establishing a new process from the receipt of KITs request to the Drawing release stage.
•Designing of KITs for the improvements of Parts sales for 424B. Single point of contact for both SWL and BHL products in India.

STRAGTEGY SUPPORT:
•Got a great opportunity to make the Paint Strategy for 2021 new Small Wheel loader for the NPI program in 2015.
•Supported 424B Branding, Graphics Design, and Styling Strategies in 2014 and got an opportunity to become the single point of contact for the SWL Branding, Graphics Design, and Styling Strategies in 2015.
•Supported 424B Serviceability Strategy in 2014 and worked on 2021 New NPI parts Strategy in 2015.
•Worked very closely on 2021 SWL next generation strategy and helping to create 3D virtual models.

OTHER KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
•SAP: Single point of contact for SAP (CBS) in Engineering for MM module. Approving access, Create MDM, Support and train new team members on SAP features related to MM module.
•Lead a team of 6 members for 2021 legacy drawings scanning project and provided a new process for uploading of Drawings into database. Got appreciation from the Product Manager and team leader for the problem solving and leadership skills demonstrated in this project.
•Worked closely with Global publishing team to prepare the documents: Price list, Marketing Brochure, OMM & parts manual of SWL & BHL in NPI programs.
