In my current duties, I Coordinate with Project Engineers and archive all important documents and store them electronically for easier access and retrieval. I also control, record and store documents sent out for review to various engineers and accordingly transmit completed reviewed documents back to the contractor through P&FE. Along with the above I assist the Senior Project Engineers with document control for Various PAF requests, SOMPs and Reports by, liaising with P&FE Document controllers who in turn communicate with Worley Parsons.

Furthermore I also assist the department beyond the job description when required which includes project control among various other activities (Eg: Preparing business trip forms based on project requirements, arranging and assisting in interviewing prospective candidates for LSP TSD dept.)

• Supervising daily operations of the clearance departments and resolving operational issues.

My work at KTS had me encompass all kinds of transportation modes, contracts and clients. Here I have handled everything right from Military supplies, out of gauge construction material for Iraq to general commercial cargo export.

I’ve also provided Logistical Support to the Italian Contingent on the ESKO Project.
In local projects I was actively involved with The KBR (Kellogg Brown Relocation) Project and KNB (Kuwait Naval Base) which came to an end in 2008.
Various Projects handled by myself were/are Fluor, Greenshields Cowie, Aeromix, Nippon Express, Nokia.

During my tenure at Alghanim Freight, I have handled various shipments like Personal Effects, Live Animals, Dangerous Goods, Perishables, Valuable Cargo and Exhibition Freight Management.

I was also actively involved in Freight Logistics of the Rebuild Iraq Exhibition in Kuwait. During this time I handled queries from prospective customers and business entrepreneurs. The exhibition housed 1100 exhibiting companies from over 42 countries.

I also handled the return shipments of all our exhibitors (clients) right from stall disassembly, supervising packing, loading and finally dispatching goods to requested destinations.
