Public Relation:
* Recruit non-National Manpower for On-shore and Off-shore Oil and Gas.
* Deal with all government departments to finalize all immigration requirements.
* Manage the Visa issuing, cancellation and renewal for all employees.
* Company’s trade License and commercial License renewals.
* Deal with UAE Municipalities.
* Renew all company’s vehicles registrations and insurance.
* Prepare employee’s documentation to help them open bank account.
* Coordinate between the employees and their client to ensure smooth transactions.

* Deal with the CICPA department to issue and renew all security passes.
* Maintain database records of all employee’s residence visa expiration, security passes, Emirates
ID’s and passport copies.
* Coordinate with the Finance department to settle all expenses related to Public relations on
timely manner.
* Prepare all Arabic letters for the employees
* Coordinate with the insurance company to issue medical insurance for new joiners, in addition to
renewals.
* Prepare monthly reports for the management on all information related to the employee’s
residence visa status, security passes, free mina port and Abu Dhabi airport passes.
