In conjunction with the HR Leadership Team, I contribute to defining an integrated learning and
development strategy and support the identification and planning for key strategic initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of continual best practices, learning and development
practices and procedures, to ensure the organization creates a positive employee journey and career
pathway for employees.
Develop and implement a talent strategy and manage the implementation of the talent development
plan including career planning, training and development and succession planning.
Lead the Learning Needs Analysis process to identify learning requirements across company functions
and prioritize the development of appropriate solutions.
Recommend appropriate individual, team or companywide training and development solutions to the
management team to meet identified technical/behavioral training needs.
Develop training plans e.g., yearly plans to ensure employees acquire the skills, knowledge and abilities
needed for effectively conducting their current or future job roles.
Support managers in applying a range of development methods to meet individual team membersʼ
training needs, including coaching, on‑the‑job training, and training courses.
Support the development of career paths and succession planning methods that will focus on
alignment of talent and opportunities by looking into the internal recruiting pipelines.
Manage the induction process for new hires to deliver a consistent and positive experience upon
joining.
Support the design and development of a range of blended learning activities and actions ensuring that
they are against defined training needs and ensure that contents meet the company objectives.
Support development activities and actions that build leadership capability across company
strategic/tactical leadership teams.
Lead the team responsibly providing effective line management to direct reports.
Set objectives for direct reports and evaluate performance in line with the performance management
framework, and actively manage key personnel issues.
Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and
development initiatives
