- Production: Coordinating and overseeing the work across various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing, and distribution of goods. Monitoring performance, implementing enhancements, ensuring product quality, managing employee productivity, overseeing equipment maintenance, and providing technical support when necessary.
- Communication: Monitoring, managing, and enhancing the efficiency of support services, such as IT, HR, Accounts, and Finance. Facilitating coordination and communication among support functions.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
