-To introduce and promote the Banks products to the potential customers, especially in the territory assigned to me; -
Arranging acceptable terms, and closing transactions between confirmed customers and the Bank; specifically Trade
finance instruments (Letters of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee etc;)
-To open lines of communication for the Bank to promote business expansion especially in the territory assigned to me,
for example, by arranging meetings with potential stakeholders;
-To promote the Bank by expanding its scope e.g opening new accounts for our Customers; in the territory assigned to me
or any other places to enable the clients to make swift and easy transfer of funds; and -To undertake other related activities
to support sales of the Banks products.

-Supervising preparation of business plans for clients
-Financial Analysis and modelling
-Deal origination, structuring up to deal close
-Fundraising services including buy-side & Sell-side matching -
On-boarding new clients
-Managing different Clients portfolios
-Engaging Government entities and other stakeholders
-Ensuring compliance to both State & County regulations both for the Company and Clients
-Helping clients develop both short and long time strategic Plans -Managing clients
experience
-Executive administration
-Defining viable and sustainable financing models for different investment projects in the county. -
Collecting, collating and analyzing data to support planning and investment appraisal -Preparing and
reviewing the corporations investment plan
-Conducting feasibility studies in collaboration with other departments.
-Undertaking economic & investment analysis for identified investment options using plausible economic, financial and
technical assumptions.
-Providing information and data to both private and public players on investment opportunities in the county. -
Coordinating preparation of the corporations strategy and annual reports
-Aligning the corporations activities to county annual development plans and county integrated development plans.
-Preparation and presentation of quarterly departmental reports to the board.
-Providing leadership to members of the department
