Transforming the supply chain area with a focus on increased sales and optimized procedures. Developed strategic plans to present to the board members and CEO and execute with the warehouse managers, customer service manager, or procurement team.

• Build a new warehouse: Developed a strategic plan to optimize the delivery of goods to customers/shops. Developed the project plan and calculation of cost and RIO for the CEO. Executed the project plan with the warehouse project manager and optimized the ERP system to handle multiple warehouses and automatization.
• Customer service center: Transformed three service departments into one customer service center to get a better overview of claims, missing or damaged parts, and inquiries from customers and shops. Implemented Zen-desk to handle all inquiries and got the ability to follow up on multiple emails sent to different mailboxes.
• Optimization of the warehouses: Build picking routes by developing ABC-analyse to get the best placement of the goods in the warehouse and reduced the costs. Calculation of inventory per product groups, thus sales, and marketing could realize non-tradable goods in their sales planning and thereby reduce inventory.

Administration of the supply chain area in Denmark, France, and United Kingdom. Support the procurement manager daily and attend meetings with the development and procurement teams in the DK and US. Develop the warehouse and manufacturing facilities to optimize the production lines and packing processes. Optimize the inbound and outbound with the team leaders in the procurement and sales departments.

• Optimize inventory: Optimized the picking process, pick close to the production date, and optimized the ERP system with max and min slots, thereby reducing the inventory value by 33 %. Released new components, when all old components were in production.
• Implement production projects: Implemented kanban and placed low-cost goods near the production lines. Develop a reordering system for production lines on cost-full goods, thereby reducing production times and stops. Optimized the picking process with 55 % per production.
• Education and development: Educated people in Denmark, France, and the United Kingdom in the ERP system, thereby optimizing the department process. Developing the processes and procedures for efficient production and purchase planning, making the system automatically, and doing 46 % of the assignments
