- Mission: Management of government inspections for the Maghreb: Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia.
- Attribution :
Coordination of pre-shipment inspection of goods for export under a government contract.
Provide the interface between the clients / exporters and the Regional Center for "VOC" files
Dispatch the file according to the country of the inspection; assign it to the most appropriate inspector,
Ensure that inspection and reporting deadlines are respected,
Check inspection reports
Be informed of all changes to procedures in accordance with 17020 accreditation
Issue the certificates of conformity
Provide monthly reporting of completed and ongoing operations for Maghreb GIS & VOC
Optimize the administrative process and improve its efficiency
Inform and update Moroccan exporters of the various programs,
Implementation of a marketing plan in relation with the Director of GSIT Maghreb

in the Purchasing Department, Service: Import 
- Mission: Management of the Import functions while optimizing cost, quality and delivery time.
- Attribution :
Preparation of import commitments and insurance.
Monitoring the status of current commitments (Domiciliation, Clearance).
Control of transport from their place of production to warehouses.
Tracking of orders delivered until arrival at destination.
Coordination with transport agents according to established Incoterm (EXW, FCA ...)
Preparation of the Import files to be submitted to the Transit Service for customs clearance.
Establish a daily schedule for monitoring imports.
Schedule forecast receipts (Material, Spare part, Product, consumable...)
Ensure the communication interface between suppliers and freight forwarders.
Management and reception of arrivals on average: a hundred containers / month.
Management of arrivals from and between the two sites.
Collaboration with the Purchasing Department to achieve the required objectives.
Knowledge of customs category (HS CODE) and tariff position.
