Project and Maintenance - Responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the organization’s HR, helping and creating organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the ED and Program Supervisor, reporting to the ED and serving as a member of the Management Team, ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organizations financial and operations functions. Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices. This position will also interact with the Board of Directors.
Mirqab mall -Operation, maintenance and repair of the Mirqab Mall. The mall has 3 floors above ground level, 2 basement levels for building services and space for 45, 000 sqm of office space & 31, 500 sqm allocated to commercial. And 376 underground parking spaces, 28 office units with over 76, 000m2 of rentable space.
Doha mall - Operation, maintenance, Fit-out and repair of only super-regional mall in the Southern part of Doha is built on a plot of 125, 000m2 with a total of 270, 000m2 built up area to produce around 100, 000m2 of gross leasable area (GLA). Doha Mall comprises a combination of targeted Retailers over three levels, serviced with over 3, 500 parking spaces. Strategically located in Abu Hamour.
Q-Jet - Operation, maintenance and repair of the Q-Jet (Woqod) Air side. Where looking for all HVAC systems operational maintenance for Control building, Substation building, Lab Building, MCC building, Workshop Building, and operation Building.
Flik Cinema- Operation maintenance and repair of the flik cinema in Mirqab mall and lagoona mall where mirqab having with 8 nos. of theater and Lagoona with 6 cinema including platinum

Projects Purview:

Projects Purview:
º Mirqab mall - Cofely Besix Mannai Facility Management (CBMFM) provides all aspects of services associated with the
management, operation, maintenance and repair of the Mirqab Mall. The mall has 3 floors above ground level, 2 basement
levels for building services and space for 45, 000 sqm of office space & 31, 500 sqm allocated to commercial. And 376
underground parking spaces, 28 office units with over 76, 000m2 of rentable space.
º Tornado tower: - Cofely Besix Mannai Facility Management (CBMFM) provides all aspects of services associated with the
management, operation, maintenance and repair of the Tornado Tower. The tower has 52 floors above ground level, 3 basement
levels for building services and space for 1, 700 vehicle parking spaces. With over 58, 000m2 of rentable space.
º Qatar Petroleum: To maintain and replace all the HVAC equipment located at Dukhan Fields. We are responsible for
maintaining more than 1460 HVAC assets in Dukhan Fields, in Qatar, an area measuring approximately 65 km long, containing
over 700 oil-gas-and water injection wells, and over 4, 000 km of pipelines. The contract with Qatar Petroleum is valid for an
initial five years
Projects Purview:
º Qatar Steel project: Installation of 11 no. Water cooled Chillers (120Tr to 360 Tr). FCU-260 no, FAHU’s-13 no. PACU-12
no, And 18th
CHWP including piping, duct, Electricals, testing and commissioning.
º Q-Chem Project: This project is the up gradation of their present HVAC system (Chiller 60TR to 250TR) for around 7 plant
building. The expansion consists of installation, erection & commissioning of Chillers and FAHU for each building.
º Qatar Media Corporation (Project): There is replacement & Commissioning of 59nos.AHU 3-way valve, 75nos. FCU 2 Way
Valve, 18nos. Chilled Water Pump.
º Exxon Mobile (AL Wassail Tower) Project: Modification of Chilled Water line and installation of 3 nos. AHU with BMS
system and commissioning for server room.
º Aziziya Place (Sheikh Al Thani) Project: there is replacement of 14 no of package A/C with ducting for the prince house and
office at Doha and testing and commissioning of all equipment and electrical
This project is world largest gas to liquid transmission project. It is owned by Aramco and Saudi petroleum. We
are handling one part of the project it is Office of Udhaliliya compound.
º Sceco: This project is Saudi largest Electricity power plant. This project is the up gradation of their present HVAC system for
around 9 plants building in Dammam and 12 transformers building in Hafar-Al-Batein. The expansion consists of installation,
erection & commissioning of each building.
º Ministry of defence: This project ministry of defence largest building in Hafer-Al-Batein (KSA). There is installation of 3 new
chillier plant of 360TR each including piping Ducting, AHU, FCU and Pumps.
º MOH-Ministry of health at Al Dammam (KSA) having G+ 4 plans. Installation and Commissioning of Central HVAC system,
Fire Fighting system and plumbing works.
º Girls Institute (Vocational Training Centre) -It’s Training centre (Girls Collage) Located at Al Haasa City Project consisted of
4 Air-cooled chillier of 375 TR each, 19 Air Handling Units with duct, 10 Fan Coil Units and 31 Exhaust Fans.
º Club House (Ministry of Defence)-with 3 Desert Coolers of 3HP and 40 split A/C. Installation and Commissioning.
º Vocational Training Centre for (Mechanical & Electrical Workshop)-with 20 Roof Type Package Units of 15 Tr with Duct.

º Personal president Villa’s-with 10 Ducted Split Units of 5 Tr & Package Units of 20 Tr with duct. Installation and

Project Planning & Management
º Fully in-charge of an Electro/Mechanical Project.
º Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities.
º Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of the Project.
º To ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
º Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project.
º Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the Project.
º Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.
º To be overall responsible for overseeing and effective execution of all project related activities under the instructions of the
TRL Management
º To determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).
º To ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details,
Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)
º To arrange timely obtaining of all clearances, approvals, permissions, etc as may require from time to time from any of the
statutory authorities during the execution of the Project.
º To schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in co-ordination with the Planning Engineer.
º To receive all project related instructions from the Client, Engineer, Main Contractor, etc and transmit, communicate and
arrange effective action in co-ordination with the TRL Management.
º To give all notices, etc to the Client/Engineer/Main Contractor under the instructions of the TRL Management.
º To attend all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting back to the Division Manager on the
proceedings as well as to attend all project related meetings.
º Assignment of all project related activities to all resources.
º To evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the
availability of the same.
º Planning and scheduling of resources (material, manpower etc.) Resources Mobilization.
º Involved in project activities right from the conceptualisation stage to the execution; involving finalisation of technical
specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, site management, manpower planning, testing and
Commissioning & liaising with consultants & contractors.
º Establishing time span of project execution as per client specifics; listing down resource needs for projects, after considering the
budgetary parameters set.
º Handling installation, testing, commissioning of various system in projects such as AHU, FCU, FAHU, ACCU, CCU, Exhaust
Fans, fans, chillers, pumps, pressurisation unit, HVAC controls, split AC’s, window AC’s, SMMSI VRV system, and various
other systems related to HVAC.
º Testing and Commissioning/drawing preparation, material submittal / approval, inspection report, quality control etc.
º Maintaining project records, ensuring safety, environmental management, and reporting to the client all information during
project implementation.
