Responsible for Cards & Payment products and process' of the bank. Campaign management, product management and development for both issuing and acquiring portfolio are part of the duties. Vendor management, processor relations and payment scheme connection are important aspects of daily tasks.

Completed third party processor conversion for both issuing and acquiring including all components of outsourced vendors and payment schemes. Increased market share of pos volume to over %50 in 3 years time, kept a sustainable growth, reaching over target YOY. Deployed QR payment infrastructure in P2P money transfer and physical pos payments. Integrated card on file feature on online payments. During the launch of Epara (e-money subsidiary of the bank) MC license has been acquired and the strategy is formed together with a small group

Head of Retail Marketing Department and Payment Systems. Responsible for the product management of retail liability and loan products.

Payment systems, card, pos and atm business' are other responsibilities. Running the product and portfolio management of whole payment systems including the operations dept management.

P/L follow up of retail banking portfolio and designing new products, process' and income generating additional features.

One other major task is implementing "digitalization" strategy for the bank's future.

Responsible for the product management and marketing activities of digital retail banking instruments (personal loans, insurance, overdraft, N Kolay Bono, repo.) as well as the card / mobile payment systems listed below.
Customer flows and other channel integration of N Kolay digital retail product portfolio have been performed.
Working closely with IT, ops, CRM dept’s continuos UX upgrades are made with the feedback gathered by customer surveys and focus group studies.

Responsible for the product management and marketing activities of payment systems instruments (Passolig card, N Kolay card, prepaid cobranded projects, pos etc.) inline with mobile payment systems. Launched Passolig and N Kolay debit/prepaid card programme. Running marketing and product management activities. Building the payment system strategy, creating the brand statement, positioning and communication.Focusing on the new payment technologies which will add market & book value for the company. Passo mobile application is another hot issue which is designed for the customer needs to fullfill purchasing match tickets, stadium entrance via QR and/or NFC tech and daily spenditures. Latest product that has been launched is N Kolay Ankara card which is the first in country and one of the most innovative payment solutions globally using the mchip advance technology, integrating transportation, campaing management and open loop prepaid payment solutions in one card. The virtual/digital version of the plastic N Kolay Ankara card is issued in mobile application, the transactions can be done via HCE technology.

Been in charge of the product management and marketing activities of payment system instruments (Deniz Bonus, football cards, cobranded cards, debit and prepaid cards) .Been in a part of the team which have completed the first "Bonus partnership deal with Garanti Bank", first issuer of Bonus other than Garanti.

Developing Miles & More in cooperation with Lufthansa, Sea & Miles inline with İDO.

Cofounder of GS Bonus and other 15 football club affinity. cards including the first foreign football club card in Turkey "Manchester United Bonus".

Kiler Bonus and Ucz cards have been launched in terms of "Cobranded deals with Retail chains".

Designed, launched and directed the segment based credit card portfolio for affluent, private and senior citizens with the products Afili Bonus, Deniz Private and Emekli Bonus
