•Follow up the queue consistently and update our customers if there is any changes had happened on their flight timings.
•Assisting customers if they facing any problems while doing their bookings through our online website.
• Dealing with a variety of airline’s systems such as Amadeus, VRS, Fresh Desk and online booking systems.
•Verify any fraud payment may have been processed on our website to ensure we received the amount safely.
•Meeting profit and sales targets.
•Update all sales and profits to our accounting system.

 Handle travel inquiries originating from direct phone calls, electronic communications, walk-ins, ARC-accredited retail travel agencies.
 Issue, Revalidation, Reissue and Refund (partially or totally unused) using GDS (Amadeus-Online Systems).
 Following Queue due to updating customers with changes.
 Issuing EMD manually (Extra Bags, penalties, seats or meals if required).
 Reservation groups with any airlines.
 Issuing travel insurance (AIG - Allianz).
 Hotels and services reservations through online system (Holidaysarabia.com).
 Issuing Turkish E-visa to all nationalities.
 Help and support customers with documents required for Turkish, Dubai, China and Thailand visas which are issue from embassy.
 Arrange Professional packages specially to turkey.

-Makes and confirms reservations for passengers on scheduled airline flights.
-May maintain advance or current inventory of available passenger space on flights.
-Telephones customer to advise of changes in flight plan or to cancel or confirm reservation.
-Responding to any of customers inquires or requirements that they have.
-Observance any disabilities for customers to request the suitable services from the airline.
