- Develop and disseminate informational materials in relation to civil documentation, residency, labor and HLP issues in particular.
- Ensure capacity building for the protection staff and any other sector staff to provide basic counseling, delivering legal awareness sessions and mediation.
- Work closely with protection team and provide legal awareness sessions in collaboration with protection department to ensure refugees are aware about their rights.
- Inform refugees and asylum seekers about project activities and their legal rights and counsel them on means by which they may receive assistance from DRC, partner organizations, or the government.

- Conduct legal sensitization and information sessions to all of DRC's and partner beneficiaries adapted to information needs observed or identified.
- Participate in the inter-agency legal working groups on a monthly basis.
- Identifying and referring individuals in need of legal consultation and/or representation.
- Assisting, supporting and counseling beneficiaries on obtaining/renewing civil and identity documentation (e.g. accompanying and guiding beneficiaries to local authorities, general security …).
- Execute registration of life events in official bodies, in order to help refugees to get appropriate civil documents.
- Accompaniment of beneficiaries to GSO in order to get their residency permit in Lebanon
- Following up with the legal consultant on representation cases.
- Conducting negotiations with landlords, in order to find solutions for beneficiaries at risk of eviction.
- Supporting the legal consultant on any matter related to the legal assistance program.
- Develop and disseminate informational materials including legal services and civil documentation, residency and HLP issues in particular.
- To provide individual legal counseling services for beneficiaries in legal issues related to: Housing, Land and Property Rights (HLP), Legal identity including legalization of necessary documentation to access rights and services (residence permit, marriage registration, birth registration, etc)
- Prepare legal documents for beneficiaries
- Work closely with Protection team and other teams to provide legal awareness sessions to ensure the refugees are aware about their rights.
- Familiarize him/herself with the aims and principles of the DRC and with DRC duty procedures, staff regulations, the Code of Conduct, and Humanitarian Accountability Principles (“HAP”) and observe these in the performance of his/her duties.

- Schedule interviews with registered job seekers for job vacancies, trainings and other available vacancies or other services.
- Provide counseling services and guidance on employment and self-employment options, on vocational training opportunities, or other services.
- Produce qualitative and quantitative regular reports
- Support employers through pre-screening of job seekers, matching them with available vacancies, and referring them to the employers.
- Follow up with jobseekers and employers.
- Organize and hold group information sessions (job application training and information)
- Ensure appropriate day-to-day supervision of the Job and legal counselors in Mount Lebanon Office and Akkar Office.
- Collect and supervise the entry and use of data done by the staff.
- Visit NGOs and other national and international organizations in the public and private sector to actively canvas for job vacancies;
- Ensure the quality assurance of the services provided by the Job counselors and support the staff in their tasks.
- Supervise and develop the workflow in the Job and legal counseling department.
- Develop and implement a work plan with the Job and legal counselors.
- Any other task as may be assigned by the Senior Livelihoods Manager.
- Schedule interviews with registered job seekers for job vacancies, training and other available vacancies or other services.

- Provide jobseekers and employers with information on relevant Lebanese regulations (including on business start-up) and their implications for Syrian refugees, and Lebanese jobseekers
