Key Result Areas & Objectives As Planning & Project Controls Manager:
• Managing & Supporting the work winning team and project teams with producing and reporting cost loaded work programs/schedules under projects & programs portfolios database in Primavera P6 format, for the purpose of coordinating works with Client / Sub-contractors and other third parties.
• Creating both tender and project programs to support the organization in securing future revenue and coordinating with projects teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Owning the planning processes from end to end, looking at the 6 weeks look ahead and coming up with a more advanced and proactive solution.
• Main Duties & Reponsibalities:
o Project planning, schedule development, and maintenance.
o Project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
o Management of the progress measurement system and reporting set-up and implementation.
o Knowledge of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis.
o Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
o Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project.
o Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources.
o Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
o Understanding the change management process and providing necessary inputs related to EOT Claims.
o Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution.
o Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning.
o Baseline management, resource loading and analysis, progress update and cash flow integration based on earned value methods.
o Prepares the cash flow, charts, monthly Progress reports & Resource histograms.
o Liaise with all other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.
o Control and capture any variations or changes to the program or scope of the project. Provide advice on the schedule impact of proposed changes and integrate approved changes into program updates.
o Capture and analyze project information including program updates (e.g. critical path, resource histograms, cost forecasting). Work with Project Team to resolve logic errors, help explain changes due to updates, and update program according to actions taken by the project team to resolve issues/delays.
o Establish target programs based on change management notifications to complete the project with no impact of delay / liquidated damages.
o Accumulates, collects, and analyses data and information required for planning.
o Knowledge of contractual issues in a project environment.

o Duties & Responsibilities:
Dismantling and assembling of equipment such as centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, multistage compressors, tanks, pipelines, piping.
Design, mechanical engineering related calculations, method statements, work procedures, ITPs, TBT, reviewing and commenting.
Design reviewing and site activities supervising for pumping stations, firefighting networks, domestic networks, and NPG networks for infrastructure projects, all as per international and local standards.
Updating and closing PMT (project management) work orders and reported to MEP head or project manager (RE) at the required time.
Gained understanding of engineering drawing & principles to fully utilize & define requirements for pumps, compressor, air fin coolers, and static equipment like, exchanger, columns, tanks and vessels, HVAC systems, pipelines, piping systems.
Maintenance procedures, troubleshoot and overhauling the rotating equipment, for centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pump, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors gear box, gas turbines, HVAC units, air fin coolers and cooling towers in oil and gas petrochemical, refinery plants, district cooling stations, pumps stations, storage yards.
