- Coordinating with the Sound Engineer and briefing him about the recording session, the script, the talent, how the client wants the recording to be, and when he should send the recording materials.
- Coordinating with the Accountant regarding quotations and briefing him about the project and what it needs in terms of: the duration of the session, the talent/talents, scripts' length, etc.
- Updating talents' database with their information and voice samples.
- Sending monthly reports of the projects we issued quotations for, with updated completion status.
- Sending monthly reports of recording sessions that took place.
- Occasionally, attending meetings and preparing presentations.
- Organizing meetings, workshops, and clients’ appointments.
- Handling customers inquiries through phone and emails.
- Dealing with correspondents, complaints, and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations and documents.
- Managing office administration work.
- Performing other tasks requested by the owner.
