UAE Graduate Entry Programme “Al Ruwwad“.
Assists the Emiratisation Manager to Administer the UAE Graduate Entry Training Programme “Ar Ruwwad “.
Attends the annual recruitment of UAE graduated from HCT; EIBFS; Zayed University and other Universities and involve in the recruitment process for Al-Ruwwad trainees.
Conduct interviews & assists in conducting induction, monitor, and evaluate training plan, course materials, and identification of training providers (internal and external).
Conduct Assessment for UAE graduates; Maintain training and OJT records
Assist in preparing, managing, deploying and record maintenance of Induction for UAE Nationals Al Ruwwad and Direct Hires.

In charge of All work placements & summer training program in the bank with the coordination of Universities and Colleges for UAE National.

Work in line with the Emiratisation Manager to arrange and participating in Career Fairs and job exhibitions

Arranges assessments, shortlist candidates and prepare f
Take pride in serving inbound calls from customers and consumers as per the call centers standards.
Focusing on delivering premium customer service.
Provide value adding services to customers through the telephone in a professional manner.
Provide accurate, relevant and timely information to enquiries.
Perform transactions as per customer requests and as per the call center’s policies.
Work on assigned shifts as per department needs, which are driven by customer demand.
Attend to other related tasks as advised by seniors from time to time.
Safeguard the call center by following policies, procedures and management instructions.
