Supervise the overall CIF (UCBPRP) activities in district.
To lead the SMT and CIF team for ultimate goal of Organization (Poverty Reduction).
Reconciliation of LSOs/VOs account with banks.
Ensure the strong Social mobilization as per three tiered approach of organization.
Ensure the record keeping of LSO/VOs/Cos through SMT.
Facilitating the LSO in different programmes.
Technical and social appraisals of CIF disbursement in target community.
Ensure the CIF disbursement as per PSC in community.
Physical verification of CIF borrowers during field visits.
Post disbursement review of CIF utilization.
Elections and re-elections for LSO formation.
Arrange programmes in community for different visits of donor/chairman/CEO
Account opening of LSOs with bank.
Conducting the meetings with LSO GB & EB for different purposes.
Reporting of CIF data to DM/RGM and others.
Job Responsibilities
Support the BM in Market for Deposit/Advances Mobilization
To authorize/ Monitor the transactions as per limit.
Bank Reconciliation.
Monitor the clearing/collection/Bills/Remittances.
Checking of Security Stationery.
Authorization of SOD/EOD,
Monitor the operation team activity wise,
Look after all administrative position of branch.
Reporting of daily branch position.
Reviewing the expenses of branch as per budget.
Supervision of all activities.
Operate the branch according the prudential rules and regulations of the State bank.
Prepare the operation budget on yearly basis.
Mobilize the deposit and maintained with low COF.
Ensuring the compliance on prudential rule of SBP in all activities of bank.
Checking of security stock and get maintained the record.
Maintain the branch with sustainable profit.
Manage the advance and liability of the branch.
Lead the team of branch with achievement of desirable targets
Planning, and reporting with Area & HO
Lead the branch with controlled expenses and cost,
Maintaining the retention rate
Job Responsibilities
Look after/supervise the programme at taluka level.
Organize the community through social mobilization.
Identify the target community as per poverty line.
Arrange exposures for village activist in other organizations.
Linkages development with other institutions as local stake holders.
Aware the community for their basic needs as health and water security.
Aware the community with micro credit as per concept of poverty alleviation.
Micro Credit disbursement in in target community.
Recovery of Micro Credit.
Planning of work.
Preparing of yearly budget.
Trainings of Community organizers.
Reporting of all activities to line management (Region & HO).
MBA Finance with major subjects, Financial Statements Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Internship with HBL Bank.
BBA Pass, With major subjects, Financial accounting, Cost accounting, Economics, Organizational behavior, Sales Management
