ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting daily routine inspection to site employees.
Observe all safety rules and regulations & take corrective actions to obtain compliance with all safety policies.
Asking for correcting actions to reduce the risk of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
Supervision and conduction of full investigation of accidents/ incidents including near misses, determination of probable Causes and enforces appropriate permanent measures.
Carry out daily inspections to ensure that only safety work methods are in operation, adequate fire extinguisher and fall protection equipment are property in place.
Close observation to make sure that the first aid and welfare facilities are properly maintained.
Time to time visit of working areas to ensure that personal protective equipments are provided and properly worn.
Inspection of Completed Scaffold jobs.
Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained at the workplace.
Inspecting the job site regularly to ensure proper safety procedure as per client satisfaction.
Checking and evaluating the effectiveness of the actions taken or proposed to be taken to prevent accidents.
Reporting unsafe conditions, acts and hazards to the job in charge, job supervisor or senior management for accuracy.
Making sure that all hazardous places and points are barricaded and sign- boarded.
Inspection of scaffolding, ladders, fire extinguishers, lifting tools, power tools, hand tools etc.
Developing, preparing and distributing safety promotional materials like signboards, publications etc.
Conducts Monthly training on different topics and makes reports.
• Delivering training to students about NEBOSH-IGC, Managing Safely (IOSH) Certification, Advance Safety Officer Certification, Construction Safety, Fire Safety and First Aid.
• Conduct different sites visits to students to understand practically health and safety in an organization.
• Administration of Construction Safety

• Developing and Maintaining Risk Assessment
• Conducting Tool Box Meeting & Induction
• Conducting Safety Awareness Trainings
• Implementation on HSE plans
• Regular Communication with management to implement applicable safety guidelines
• Responsible for providing Health and Safety environment for construction workers
• Responsible for arranging weekly safety patrolling on site with site Engineer
• Constant monitoring of a project site for PPE used by the workers
• Designed and support the company’s related to Health and Safety
• Responsible for attending the weekly and monthly meetings of HSE
• Liaising and consultation with project manager for Health and safety of the workers
• Responsible for maintaining good Housekeeping and proper stacking of materials
• Maintaining incidents/accidents statistics and generate monthly reports
• Supervision of all construction works on site.
• Conducting Risk Assessment of hazardous activities.
• Creating and conducting training programs for Foreman, Supervisors and workers for work in condition.
• Monitor the scaffolding installed at job site to secure that the workers comply and follow the standard safety procedures.
• Accident, incident Investigation and Reporting.
• Conducting Training, meetings and “TOOL BOX” talks.
• Make monthly Inspection of moving equipment’s and fire extinguisher, ladder etc.
• Conduct the Initial Safety Orientation and induction for all new employees.
• Monitor all workers if they are wearing safety PPE at job site.
• Check the hazards of equipment and tools.
