Currently I am working in this company as a chef de partie. As a chef de Partie I have so many responsibility for instance cooking delicious foods, serve in time, ordering for store, keep record for everything, maintain hygiene and personal grooming etc.Customers satisfaction and company benefits are my first priority.
This is an Arabic restaurent where I learned so many kind of Arabic foods.I worked in this company as a chef de partie. This is an arabic restaurant where I learned Jordanian and Palestinian foods. Prepare mise and plus and cook while order coming. keep al the backup ready always.
As an assistant cook, I always prepared mise and plus . always helped to the main chef while cooking.
