Project Management of an EPCC lump sum Contract for New Permanent
Metering Station at Obayeid Field which included 3 metering Skids (Gas,
Condensate & Water) beside all relevant associated Civil/Piping/Electrical &
Control works):-
• Responsible for Preparing of Integrated Engineering Documents Register and
follow up Disciplines for issuing Engineering Deliverables within due time.
• Responsible for all communications between Enppi & Client.
• Responsible for leading Team with owner in Meetings for discussing Project
Progress, Concerns, Technical hurdles.
• Follow Procurement activities executed along with Procurement team, review
Suppliers Progress reports through Company Monthly Procurement report,
stand on all hurdles being faced& participate in resolution.
• Participated with Construction team for follow up of construction and
installation works done, Monitoring progress, Resolving hurdles
• Responsible for creation of MOC forms, presenting change orders to client,
Participate in Negotiation meetings regarding claims and documenting agreed
resolutions for each claim.
• Monitor Commissioning activities done and allocate all required resources to
ensure successful plant start up.
LEAD ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER
PETROBEL PUMPING STATION, ISMAILIA
Performed all Engineering activities (Issuing Material requisitions, Evaluating
Offers, Vendor prints review) for 2 Barrel Multi stage pumps, Power rating 1.3 MW
Witnessed
Performed all Engineering activities (Issuing Material requisitions, Evaluating
Offers, Vendor prints review) for 3 Turbo compressors, Power rating = 3.2
MW/Each ISO-Rating
Witnessed Supplier FAT tests (Hydrostatic, Performance, Mechanical Run)
Participated in Installation works (Foundation Leveling, Mechanical Leveling,
Pre-alignment, Final Alignment)
Main Duties:-
Supports all project functions to meet defined project expectations.
Understands the project contract requirements and helps improve
Company profitability.
Provides overall engineering management. provide technical
direction to project discipline lead engineers or specialists,
Ensures technical compliance with the project contract requirements.
Ensures quality and consistency of technical works and deliverables.
Ensures information flow, within the project team, engineering
functional management, and with customers, subcontractors and
suppliers.
Coordinates the issue of project engineering instructions and
procedures.
Manages interfaces on technical issues with customer, subcontractors
and suppliers.
Provides engineering support to the Project Management, Project
Controls, Construction and Start-up as required.
Interfaces with the engineering functional management for resolution
of conflicts, and deviations.
