Handle & managing Interior finishes like, setting out floor & wall tiles, setting out masonry work, block work, wooden & GI roofing, wooden ply ceiling, plastering, painting, roof water proofing with brick bats. Water proofing, fall ceiling, Digging of well & construction of well using 3 feet wide concrete pipe (size of well : 3feet in diameter, 18feet in length). Interior renovation work.

Maintain the activity delay record incase bad weather, lack of manpower, lack of material, late transportation of requested material on the project site.
Maintain the record of extra work done on the project site as per the change of drawing or as per the site instruction received from the client engineers. Reporting non-conformities to the project manager.
Maintain the material stock record on the site & trace the material for the future require material & preparing the material requisition on the project.
Co-coordinating with the sub-contractor if any working on the project.
Keeping record of as-build drawing on the work/activity completed on the project & submitting to the higher authority as per the received instruction.
Submitting daily/weekly or monthly activity report to the management or higher authority as per the received instruction.
