Specific duties included: -
•Review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, work instructions and method of statements
•Ensuring that the work is being carried as per project specifications, approved drawings and is covering the scope of the project.
•Provide planning support, reviewing contractor invoices, certifying the bills, reviewing change requests.
•Attending the progress meetings with the contractors, client and tracking various performance baseline.
•Tracking the submission and approval of long lead materials, making procurement performance reviews, issuing change requests as required.
•Coordinating various mechanical and civil activities and ensuring agreement with the Clients representatives for all work items.
•Checking that all the materials are in accordance with GSAS- requirements.
•Reviewing the selection of materials/equipment’s like Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Heat Exchangers Pumps, Tanks, sanitary fixtures, fire protection system and to ensure that the product meets or exceeds the customer requirements and expectations.
•Issuing site observations, NCR’s, verifying CAR’s.
•Review of RFI’s to resolve issues, analysing variations, discussing with clients before approving variations.

Construction of Blatchford Preston Complex-Phase II in Al-Udeid Military
Base.

Project Description : This project consists of 2 residential buildings and a warehouse.
The warehouse has food storage facilities for soldiers of military base including 4 cold storage rooms and 4 dock levellers.

Specific duties included: -
•Monitoring aspects of day to day progress issues related to plumbing, HVAC and fire fighting and Cold storage at site in coordination with project team and evaluate for the root cause of any problem.
•Reviewing the selection of materials/equipment’s like Chillers, AHU’s, FCU’s, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Tanks, sanitary fixtures, Cold storage equipment, refrigeration piping,
diesel generator, dock leveller, and to ensure that the product meets or exceeds the customer requirements and expectations.
•Following up with the subcontractors and vendors for the submission, approval and delivery of materials.
•coordinating with the Testing, Adjustment and Balancing specialist to ensure that procedures were complied with and all results recorded
•Attending the progress meetings with the MEP sub contractors and updating the status to the construction manager.
•To review material submittals, drawings and conduct work inspections and material inspections.
•Checking the contract documents for discrepancies, writing RFI’s to resolve issues, analysing and preparing variations.
•Conducting material and work inspections on site.
•Monitor commissioning progress and resolve any problems that may arise.
•Demonstrating the system functional performance to the client/consultant

•Conducting a pre-inspection of work and materials before the final inspection of the consultant.
•Coordinating various mechanical and civil activities and ensuring agreement with the Clients representatives for all work items.
•Following up with the subcontractors and vendors for the submission, approval and delivery of materials.
•Checking that all the mechanical services are coordinated with electrical services, and resolving conflicting issues.
•Checking the contract documents for discrepancies, writing RFI’s to resolve issues, analysing and preparing variations.
•coordinating with the Testing, Adjustment and Balancing specialist to ensure that procedures were complied with and all results recorded.

Project Description : Tulip Manohar Hotel in Hyderabad a Building Seven Floors

Specific duties included: -
•Provide planning support, reviewing sub-contractor progress and baseline reporting as well as monitoring throughout the construction stages.
•Attending the progress meetings with the MEP sub contractors and updating the status to the construction manager.
•Collation of final documentation after selection for submission to the Clients representative including discussion with Clients engineers.
•Monitoring the execution of the installation with a teams of inspectors and assessing any problems that arose.
•Checking of all pre-commissioning requirements to ensure compliance including witness to all equipment start up and testing procedures.
•Monitoring all commissioning stages for all equipment;
•Coordinating with the Testing, Adjustment and Balancing specialist to ensure that procedures were complied with and all results recorded.

Specific duties included: -
•Exercising control over supervisors, foremen, inspectors and engineers in the control of the works execution;
•coordinating the drawings to ensure all aspects of mechanical, plumbing and electrical were correctly aligned without any conflicts;
•assessing information from suppliers in connection with materials and equipment to ensure specifications of the supplier and the Client were compliant;
•suggesting alterations in specifications to ensure a viable product could be utilised;
•tracking of all materials, submissions and approvals from suppliers, subcontractors and the Client;
•coordinating various mechanical and civil activities and ensuring agreement with the Clients representatives for all work items;
•arranging inspections with the client representatives;
•witnessing the balancing of air conditioning ducts systems;

Project Description : Six (6) Storey Industrial Office Building
Specific duties included: -
•Exercising effective control over the supervisors and foremen for the works related to air conditioning and ventilation.
•Preparation of bill of Materials from the shop drawings.
•Supervising work on day to day basis, supervising jointing and laying workmanship.
•Inspecting the laying and workmanship during and at the end of work.
•Ensuring that the material received on the site as per the approved submittals.
•Preparing and submitting inspection reports to the Manager.
•compiling and collating all maintenance and operating al manuals for submission to the Client representatives;
