Working with a team of professionals in multi disciplines as PMC on the development of Oxagon, part of NEOM development. Manage the South Business Community Expansion Project including:
▪Prepared the procurement strategy for accommodation compound and its supporting facilities in the South Business Community.
▪Prepared cost estimates and RFP for the design works and participated in the technical evaluation panel.
▪Prepared cost estimates and RFP for MMC (Modern Method of Construction) modular buildings package compromising of 2, 212 apartments with total cost of SAR 2 billion.

 Responsible for the construction of twin towers covering 23 floors with double podium parking and 480 units including townhouses, penthouses and different sized residential apartments with all amenities and a project cost of QAR 590 million and QAR 150 million for Floresta Gardens Development Infrastructure work including: district cooling network, solid waste collection system, sewerage network, electrical and potable water networks.
 Reviewed and approved the materials, sub-contractors’ pre-qualifications, the master schedule, project budget, and progress reporting.
 Liaised with all stakeholders concerning project cost, and scheduling.
 Proposed value engineering and cost-saving to achieve the highest KPIs.
 Responsible for minimizing the company exposure and risk on the project.

 Liaised and reviewed the results of the sub-contractor pre-qualifications, the master schedule, project budget, cost estimates, and financial reporting.
 Communicated directly with contractors and designers concerning project cost, and scheduling.
 Monitored sub-contractors and main suppliers to ensure guidelines, specifications and quality were maintained.
 Assessed revenue models and cost-to-completion projections and made decisions accordingly.
