In the STC Sales Planning and performance, we are in charge for creating the yearly business plan, set targets for different products and channels, assign roles and responsibilities across all sales business units. After which we are also in charge to closely monitor, analyses and rectify sales performance for all product and channels.
Our ultimate goal is to drive the business to achieve their strategic goal and increase the sales revenue, via executing sales initiatives, and focusing the attention in the most strategic projects and initiatives, to minimize project cycle, enhance time to market., and increase sales revenue.
I am assigned to manage PBU sales projects as follow:
• Analyze overall strategic plan and corporate strategy targets.
• Manage the plan of all PBU directorates( Planning, Marketing and Sales)
• Participate in creating Sales strategic plan for PBU ( SR 27 bln)
• Identify initiatives and projects required to fulfill the strategic sales plan
• Analyze sales performance and track targets.
• Analyze channel performance and channel strategy
• Recommend product channel mix
• Generate timely management performance reports and with critical recommendations
• Work with suppliers like Apple ( contracts and sales targets)
• Work with distributors Like SaleCo ( contracts, sales targets across sales channels)
• Work with consultant like McKinsey and Booz
Projects
• Create Sales dashboards, products, channels, districts and KPIs
• Working with external consultants (McKinsey and Booz) to build, plan methodology, senior management dashboard..etc.
• Manage design Project to Re engineer all sales process, to optimize and increase process efficiency.
We, in theSTC PMO office and myself as a senior PMO consultant and PMOC ( Project Management Office certified) do our best efforts to evaluate the projects investmenrt and understand the cash flow and the strategic objective of each project to make sure that we are working in the right project mix and do our best effort to retun the ROI which is I think the major task of establishing the PMO office. other daily tasks include :
• Manage Vendors work and progress in drvrrsl projects on daily basis
• Manage Multiple project plans with different vendors
• Organize, prioritize and align vendor and internal PMO team tasks
• Guide, coach and direct PMO team and other project managers to follow standard project management approach
• Disseminate projects issues, milestones, progress and updates to related stakeholders and STC upper management
• Enhance projects communication by facilitating different teams meeting, discussion and issues closing.
• Manage all projects documents, RFPs, RFQ, Offers and Contracts for multi millions projects
Roles and responsibilities:
In the STC IT-PMO department, we are in charge for analysis of the project portfolio recommends the correct project mix, and guide the business team and function executive to rank the projects to be able to prioritize projects according to the strategic resources capacity. Our ultimate goal is to drive the business to achieve their strategic goal and increase the ROI of each project, by focus the attention in the most strategic projects, minimize project cycle, enhance time to market..etc. these objective achieved by:
• Manage Vendors work and progress on daily basis
• Manage Multiple projects plan with different vendors
• Organize, prioritize and align vendor and internal PMO team tasks
• Guide, coach and direct PMO team to follow standard project management approach
• Disseminate projects issues, milestones, progress and updates to related stakeholders and STC upper management
• Manage all projects documents, RFPs, RFQ, Offers and Contracts.
• Manage Projects plans, requirements, risks, opportunities…etc
• Report and monitor Projects progress, and recommend correction action when necessary
• Coordinate in cross-functional manner to solve all techno-functional or business issues.
• Manage all PBU sales projects
• Work in Oracle CRM, IRB, CompTel, EAI another mediation systems

- TAWASOL Implementation Project ( Implementing Siebel CRM, IRB and Oracle 11i)
- Oracle Database mirroring Project with Convergys
- Oracle incentive Compensation OIC
- SAP business object, Info smart and Micro strategy implementation
- Manage design Project to Reengineer all sales process, to optimize and increase process efficiency.

Tasks and responsibilities
- System definition, scoping and deliver system definition document after sessions with client
- System analysis and requirement gathering then deliver System Requirement Specifications SRS Document
- System design including, DB entities, DB procedures, screen, security and integration
- Break system into development tasks
- Prepare both development and client plans using MS project 2000/2003
- Follow up development team and present in-depth technical help to them
- Follow up progress with the project manager and with the client
- Projects: TPA: Medical insurance Third Party Administration, Shipping System, Forwarding and Clearance operation module, Billing, ACR, ACP.
- Working with Business analyst to find out the Business Rules & Business Functions

i worked as oracle and wed developer for our clients project as well as deliever training in Oracle and Web Development .
i graduated as Electerical/Computer Engineer witrh veru good Grade, i studied many subject like operating systems and databases and client/server application .
i graduated wih 94.5% .
