Job Description
• Manages the day-to-day operations of aftersales activities by facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high-performance standards.
• Plan and manage all aftersales activities.
• Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
• Following up the progress on site, and keep controlling, recording, monitoring, and coordinating the project deliverable.
• Participate in the development of new projects, service contracts, preventive maintenance plans, inspection, and corrective service visits for all types of boilers and spare parts proposals.

• Working closely with departments managers, to resolve any issues related to the project, and to promote overall company effectiveness.
• Review & modify heat-transfer and boiler systems shop drawings prior to installation to ensure correct system implementation.
• Supervise testing and commissioning for all types of boilers and heat transfer system.
• Supervise & oversee preventive and corrective maintenance team for all types of boilers.
• Supervise calibration and fine-tuning team for all types of boilers.
• Prepare of testing and commissioning method of statement for all types of boilers.

Position: Senior After Sales & Service Engineer (Boilers & Heat Applications)
Company activities: Engaged in the business of supply, installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance of heat transfer systems & related products.
Major product:
Boiler - Cleaver-Brooks USA: Steam boilers & hot water boilers - Fire tube / Water tube / Condensing boilers / Electric.
Auxiliary equipment: Feed water tanks, condensate tanks, surge tanks, blow down vessels, chemical dosing systems, water softeners.
Network accessories: Steam headers, steam traps, air vents, condensate pumps, control valves, expansion joints.
Job Description

• Ensuring that work activities are carried out to achieve the pre-set performance goals and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct manager.
• Ensure quality after sales service is provided to clients.
• Ensure compliance at all times to agreements with clients.
• Prepare reports as directed by the operations manager.
• Supervise the tasks allocated to the staff under his supervision and ensure full utilisation of resources available.
• Coordination with other divisional heads to develop the yearly business plan.
• Working with department heads to get the best performance from staff.

• Negotiate with client prior to drafting contracts.
• Supervise and ensure the invoices are submitted to client as per the agreement, also the payments have been collected.
• Investigating customer satisfaction and reporting any issues.
• Provide technical support for sales, projects and for the end users.

Job Description
• Participates in the development of policies and procedures of operations and maintenance department and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural requirements.
• Proposing plans and programs that boost the effectiveness of the maintenance function.
• Conducting required qualifications tests to all machines, systems, equipment’s, and instrumentation to ensure they are up to standards.
• Evaluating all repairs so that all replacement parts as well as any necessary spares or parts kept in inventory are ordered in a timely manner in coordination with purchasing function.

• Developed and ensured equipment maintenance programs are maintained to provide a flexible, safe, and continuous operational environment.
