I am scrupulously involved in developing, managing and delivering a variety of projects for top brands and clients in various sectors, and worked on projects with government bodies that involves planning, budgeting, delivering and overseeing services for several ministries locally for projects in Saudi Arabia.
My primary function is focused on leading the Saudi Arabian branch in managing clients’ affairs and orchestrating detailed, personalized strategies that are fitted for each client. I am involved in projects that require leading multi-disciplinary teams to achieve coherent and targeted results - this involves delivering relevant plans and development proposals and mitigation strategies to guide clients on
approved methods of strategic planning.
My secondary function within Ghaliah is promoting and leading teams, and knowledge sharing, and building the technical capability of account managers, specialists, and marketing professionals.
Worked on a 3 month project as a Strategic Consultant for a governmental body working on their new Marcomm Strategy.
I was responsible for creating the strategy with the Project Manager and working on writing the content based on all the data I was gathering from the governmental entity.
We were able to submit the strategy on time with no issues which included a fully executable blueprint so the client can implement the strategy under our supervision.
