• Manage and develop the projects sales channel, managing the relations with all stakeholders including consultants, developers, Main & Sub contractors.
• Manage & develop the local and export business to increase the company products presence in the Middle East & Asia markets through intracompany & direct distribution agreements.

• Managing the OEM projects with the Plasters & Cement companies.
• Achieve strong effective customers relationships, partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Participate in building & developing the plasterboards sales channel.

• Develop the annual business growth plan for each channel and ensure the successful execution.
• Manage relationships with top level key clients/ projects and resolve escalated issues.

• Monitor the financial aspects/posture of the trade channels operations & making the appropriate recommendations and actions, (Zero overdue strategy).
• Ensure effective management of the trade key accounts to deliver defined levels of revenue, & profitability in relation to sales targets.
