Duties:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and actively add new key clients, through active communications, and
by calls, event attending, presentations, social and regular visits.
• Monitor prospected sales pipeline and decide actions suitable for
every client stage in business pipeline.
• Maintain deep understanding and analyze client businesses, identify
opportunities to maximize company revenue through upselling,
cross-selling and successful close of profitable deals either B2B or
B2C models.
• collaborate closely with other sales staff and production teams to
ensure quality, and problem solving to maintain exceptional
customer experience, ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ directions.
• Use ERP system and analysis from Sales department.
• Reviews material stock levels and provides moving for slow movers’
items periodically.
• Monitor customer debits / aging periodically.
• Act as successor sales manager during his absence.
Hala printing co; is a leading printing factory in Riyadh KSA, owned by SPPC.
Duties:
Manage Saudi Specialized Printing account for more than 25
monthly magazines and periodicals prints in Hala printing co;
• Identified new opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Issue work orders, co-ordinate (receiving / reviewing artwork,
follow-up work schedules and job QC reports).
• Plan for customer feedback analysis, overcome customer
complaints; provide solutions, issue periodic reports.
• Communicated developed new business contract with New Boy
organization from Syria, and printing Fulla magazines for Arabic
region (Monthly Boys and Girls) (4 Mil contract) .
• Managed and negotiated Zain communications IBO with BOWN
international - London (2 Mil contract).
• Assist sales team towards successful deal closing, monitor
workforce performance, help planning for staff skill development.
• Act as sales manager during his absence.
• Represent the organization in many trade shows in KSA.
