Managing IT support operations
- Managing, planning and implementing HELPDESK - Ensure the Help Desk is providing excellent services to the End User through defined standard operation procedures, responsive communications, registering the all service requests and incidents and follow-up on.
- Leading the implementation and improvement for systems, tools, portals that would lead to better service delivery and enhance Help Desk performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure that SLAs/ agreements/ contracts are adhered to.
- Determine best KPI’s and develop reports to track performance and be able to utilize them to enhance, service/help desk staff performance, and services quality.
- Provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities, follow-up on the backlog, and pending issue.
- Set employee objectives, monitor and evaluate performance, and provide feedback and mentoring.

•Troubleshoot and resolve incidents (Hardware and Software) related to desktop and associated peripherals
