Plan, Organize and control the Operation consumables to fulfil the
operation requirement.
* Maintain the optimum consumables level.
* Prepare inquiries, notifications, Purchase requisitions for consumables,
spare parts and services used within the area.
* Maintain the statistics of Safety and environment.
* Plant maintenance, down day activities, plan follow up and
turnaround major shutdown plans and schedules in compliance with
strategies and operational priorities (profit, safety, reliability, and
environmental requirements).
* Provide on-going technical support to ensure proper implementation
of these plans.

EFFECTIVE PLANNING
This function of the member is to review new ideas or suggestion
received from Cold Mill Complex employees to accept or
Reject. Accepted suggestion will be assigned to concern section
for implementation. Initiator will be rewarded after
implementation of his idea or suggestion.
* SAFER stands for ( SABIC Assurance program For EHSS Risks )
The SAFER program is an initiative of SABIC global EHSS, which
provides a systematic approach for identification, assessment,
recording, mitigation and stewardship of EHSS risks, and for
appropriate approvals for continued operations till EHSS risks are
brought to an acceptable level.
* Documentation and Control of Records (SHEM 01) CMC Focal
point :-
Complete and compiled and accurate applicable internal &
external EHSS documents and records concerning process
technology and equipment and process control are established
and maintained as hard copy as well as electronically and are
available and accessible to all concerned personnel and ensure
that new and amended documents essential to the SHEM System
of plant ensure that the EHSS Documentation are reviewed
periodically to confirm their continuing adequacy and reflection
of current organizational and working practices.
* Safety, Health, and Environmental Management (SHEM 11) Emergency
planning & Response CMC Focal point: -
1- Ensure that a system is in place at HADEED for implementing
Emergency Response Plan with continual improvement to control
the consequences of on-site and external risks relevant to HADEED.
2- Ensure the operational integrity of the plant fire Protection
systems and to prevent the un-authorized use of firewater, fire
hose or fire hydrant/monitor by proper communication with key
personnel prior to the planned interruption of fire protection
system, equipment and facilities related to emergency response
