The Organization offers a full range of domestic and international commercial and Islamic products and services to the retail and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning, organizing, directing and managing money transfer operations for expatriates, ensuring compliance with payment processing program.
• Monitoring service level and quality issues, ascertaining that entire operations process runs smoothly and transactions are processed accurately.

• Spearheading a staff of 27, establishing professional quality system, monitoring and revising policies/procedures and service standards for promoting corporate image of the bank.
• Instilling a customer-focused attitude amongst the team by providing effective training and support that impact the bottom line by boosting productivity and increasing employee retention.
• Streamlining the preparation of financial reports as well as maintaining productivity and quality performance reports.
