• Process and follow up of orders and payments in compliance with current policies, procedures, work instructions
and contractual terms in close collaboration with the concerned stakeholders.
• Work on structural process improvements with Customers and Business Unit Managers.
• Assist in preparing tender documents, manage contractual relation, and act as a key account to governmental
entities.
• Management of customer complaints return process, and coordinate warrantee issues.
• Maintenance of return acceptance criteria and follow-up with the return to vendor process and procedure.
• Monitoring of shipments «In-transit» and provide support to customs clearance procedure.
• Support of inventory management.
• Control over product availability to reduce items on back-order in alignment with abnormal demand detecting and
managing.
• Support organizing of excellent, efficient third-party warehousing & distribution operations.
• Support of establishing of effective quality management system for the newly established local legal entity.
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with the suppliers, negotiate prices and discounts, secure future deals and/or long-term agreements and success partnerships.
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with the competitors in way to seek out business and use any co-joined interest that might benefit both parties
• Review sales and activity reports to measure productivity and meet the company’s performance targets.
• Create a financial plan based on collected data from analyzing the sales and purchasing data.
• Establishing sales team to meet clients and brief them with the products in order to obtain their satisfaction to increase the company’s profits and improve the portfolio.
• Supervise the E-Commerce from merchandising and sales aspects ensuring core coordination with the marketing to promote the websites to customers.
• Perform researches to identify trendy products and prices by analyzing and interpreting data obtained from the market.
• Contract managing the third parties in regards to order deliveries ensuring that the orders reaches the customers on time.
• Plan, Coordinate, and Sponsor events in coordination with several clients, taking into consideration the details and requirements, and directing the team to do the needful ensuring the customers satisfaction by achieving the needs.
