Responsible to renew the residency of all HEISCO Employees (Monthly)
Typing all formats required for renewal Work Permit, Employees Contracts & Renewing Residency.
Renewing Civil IDs for the employees after stamping new Residency
Updating all employees detail changes (Salary / Job title) on Golden System.
Preparing the documents to stamping residency after Issuing Medical Insurance Cards as per Ministry Roll.
Keeping full record of all documents giving to Admin. Representatives.
In-charge to assist all employees reporting to HEISCO to get release or collect their final Settlement by contacting Payroll And Casher.
Responsible to transfer the employees from/to projects as required. In-charge of transferring the information from old to new passports.
In-charge of residency local transfer of all employees joined or released.
Responsible of cancellation of employees in order to travel out of the country.
Carrying out any work activities requested by Admin. Supervisors or Admin. Manager.
