Prepared and Erected the mobilization activities( offices, workshop, warehouse, and all attached facilities).
Provided tools and equipments with certifications for welding procedures ( WPS, PQR …)
Provided all tools and equipments for pre-fabrications, fabrications and installation
Supervised on all activities erections tanks and piping system
Prepared daily report, weekly report and weekly plan according to progress requirements and control project department.
Supervised on all handover activities for foundation tanks according to drawing and as built drawing
Inspection materials according to drawing and prepared request material as per to requirements site and conditions working.

Primary duties:
Check isometrics for construction (coordination, Material List, PID), correct according to Spc and field engineer’s guides, and coordinate with field engineers and construction teams.
Determine and Ensure easier way for fabrication and installation.
Prepare the weld map on Isometrics.
Prepare Database contain all values that relating Isometrics (inches, weights, system and subsystem
And test pack) and follow them with progress in project.
Prepare feasibility and production report (daily .weekly)
Coordinate with Material department and other section (priority, available area ...etc)
Check the lines of installation and prepare punch list for it and coordinate with client to it.
Prepare test pack documents.

Coordinate between field engineering and construction team

Primary duties:
Design and supervise on fabrication spools and pipe supports for treatment unite ( 12000 inches Fab, 7000 inches Erect) .
Supervise on installed pipe system in site according to design and rules safety.
Lead construction team ( foreman, pipe fitter and workers ).
Prepare Punch and Pipe system according to suggested commissioning dept for hydro test process .
Coordinate with client and another Dept.
Prepare daily report and coordinate with project control Dept for priority.
Prepare drawing for construction.
Prepare punch list for erected pipe and closed it.
Maintenance all pumps and valves in factory.
