Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

* Implementing TAMHIR and Suadizition project
* Ensuring all selections criteria are aligning with company policy and labor law.
* Updating and recommending new recruiting procedures, methods and selection criteria.
Employees Relations:
* Processing all employees benefits, final settlement, prepare clearance and services for terminated employees in accordance with the rules and regulation of Saudi
labor low and the organization.
* Ensure all company policy and procedures are aligning with legislation of the country.
* Maintaining accurate records of sick/maternity/parental leave.
Medical Insurance:
* Issuing and handling all medical insurance tasks.
* Reviewing insurance contract and contacting the insurance provider, to leverage the benefits in order to adjust the contract and align it with the budget.
