Main Responsibilities:
Managing IT Operations End Users’ Desktop Environment & IT Inventory control - L2 Service & Support
24/7 on-line IT services for Business Centers, Retail Outlets and support centers / Exchanges.
Maintaining over 3500 desktop / terminals and 120+ cash payment machines with millions of Dirham transaction per day, 2000 Notes and iPads devices
IT equipment life cycle management.
Preparing statistical report of IT activities.
Implementing new Strategies & Policies.
Team player for IT marketing events management.
Achievements: Few listed:
Initiated Image deployment process to decrease cost and increase efficiency by reducing uptime for new and crashed PCs utilizing image loading from USB
Technology. Result totally eliminating CD consumption for PC maintenance which cut down expense to more than 70%.
Dubai success resulted in implementing this deployment procedure throughout corporate level.
Initiated customized upgrading of all cash payment machines with high speed PCs resulted in:
Fast processing of billing request by customers.
Decreasing long ques gaining customer confidence.
Extending the lifecycle of machines more than 3 year cutting down expense to over a million.
Reducing number of daily fault to more than 75%
Improved equipment KPI.
