1.Responsible for all the operations of the accounts department.

2.Preparing Monthly Financial statement for management, Producing data for audit files and responding to queries from internal and external auditors, whilst ensuring team processes/controls are followed and audit trails are fully documented.

3.Preparation of the annual budget report of the company.

4.Handling Administration such as preparing GAM & BOD meetings Invitation & meeting minutes, dealing with Ministry of Economy & Securities & commodities authorities and other office management duties.

5.Preparing Central Bank of UAE reports of Financial Investment Reporting System (FIRS).

6.Exposure to Operations department.

1. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.

2. Report to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities.

3. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.

4. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions.

5. Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning.

6. Inspect cash on hand, notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and canceled checks to confirm records are accurate.

7. Examine inventory to verify journal and ledger entries.
