new orders to ensure report accuracy.
• VOG, PEG Summary & Difference Files: Save and update the Vehicle Ordering Guides
(VOG) and create the difference files (summary of the differences in trims for models)
for new models.
3. Reporting & System Management
• Reporting: Complete end-of-month closing reports and report delivered vehicles to
GM.
• Prebooking: Upload the ordered vehicles to Oorijit to make them available for pre
booking for the sales team.
• Internal Specs Sheet: Create specification sheets for each new vehicle variant for the
sales team.
• Showroom Specs: Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to prepare the spec
sheets for the cars displayed in the showrooms.
• Landed Cost: Create the landed costs for each new variant and perform a FAS
(Financial Accounting System) check on invoices for any overcharges and
undercharges.
• Kerridge System Management: Create new variants, models, colors, and trims in the
Kerridge system to allow uploads to Oorijit.
• Logbook: Input all new orders in the orders logbook.

• Paint and dent damages are costed internally and must be verified to have not
