- Assist our clients with their business processes, rules and procedures, based on computerized system.
-Attending to walk - in customers, clients’ calls and requests, and Scheduling appointments.
- Following debt collection and the installments for various insurance policies.
- Following renewal procedures for various insurance policies (Motor & Non-Motor).
- Using Oracle system (AIMS) for policies inquires, underwriting, and generating various insurance\accounts reports.
- Preparing motor quotations for different types of policies (Comprehensive, TPL, Fleets).
- Upon evaluation of risk, quote appropriate price, appropriate cover terms and conditions.
- Prepare formal word quotations with a turnaround time.
- Seek support from the reinsurance department to further approach external reinsurers for high value vehicle that exceed treaty capacity and accordingly finalize quotation.
- Forward final quotation to clients for their rate and cover confirmation and keep a follow-up with clients for their feedback and any further negotiations.
-Maintain quotation records for materialized and non materialized quotations.
-Perform alterations, and various insurance endorsements on the system, refund calculations, and additional premiums.
-Preparing various insurance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
-Daily collections reporting (collection reports, collector’s activities reports).
-Tallying client’s statements of accounts, and do the reconciliation.
-Apply insurance rating systems.
-Preparation of monthly renewal reminders to be sent for direct clients.
-Contact customers to advise them to pay their outstanding balances, send pre-legal emails and follow up with customers who would like to pay as installments especially with large amounts due.
-Replying to incoming mail and creating outbound correspondence.
-Contact insured or other involved persons to obtain missing information.
-Prepare and review insurance proposals forms and related documents for completeness.
-Provide customer service, such as giving limited instructions on how to proceed with claims or providing referrals to auto repair facilities or local contractors.
-Transmit motor claims for payment or further investigation.
-Keeping customers database both in soft forms and files management & ensure update documents.
-Elevate client relations by establishing credibility, discerning needs, and providing appropriate coverage recommendations.
-Diagnose problems and replace defective components.
-Install, assemble and configure computers.
-Monitor printers, scanners and related hardware.
-Troubleshoot problems with computer systems, hardware and software, email, network problems, make repair as needed.
-Meet with concerned Management member to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines and make hardware, software acquisition recommendations.
