• Duties
Design Review including design Conditions, drawings, Specs, BOQ……..Etc
Shop drawings Approval, Calculations Approval. RFI Reply
Material submittal evaluation, supplier discussions, Technical selection auditing and final Approval For All HVAC equipment Chiller, Pumps, Heat exchanger-Cooling towers AHU, FCU, , pipes, ducts, fittings, valves, dampers, BMS….etc
Ensure all technical aspects of the project are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ
Ensuring that the installation, inspection and testing & commissioning activities for (HVAC works) comply with the project’s specification
Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with the contractor or client to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Duties
The Key responsibility includes commitment to ensure timely completion of the project within approved budgets on cost, resources without compromising on Quality & Safety
Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs
Build and maintain an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within team

Procurement & Vendor Management
Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
Prepare periodic reports for management including the status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
Manage generating and closing all work order and clients requests through CMMS system.
Attending regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with customers to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
• Duties
Contact person of Cairo International Airport to Supervise and follow up the International Tender process related to integrated Facility Management for Terminal Building (2) including all stages (Tendering, Site visit, Inquiries, Receiving Offers, Bidders presentation, Technical Evaluation, Announcement of results, Contract Negotiation )
Preparing and reviewing the RFP's documents related to Integrated Facility Management For Terminal Building (2) including scope of works, applicable KPI parameters and measurements as well as service provider’s obligations
Establish the suitable Scope of Work for the service providers to cover all services on site to keep the assets in safe and good conditions
Establish the Preventive Maintenance Master Plan.
Establish the annual budget that linked to annual plan
prepare preventive maintenance schedule for previous items and execute it
prepare spare parts list for previous items and purchase orders and Preparing tender specifications
Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinates( 3 engineers - 14 technicians )
Apply Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to supervise and evaluate the performance of the service providers to reach the target that satisfy clients’ needs.
Witness on the Factory performance test and inspection of purchased 8 Shuttle buses from Brazil, Curitiba/Volvo Factory - Caxies Duo Sal/ Marcopolo Factory (8/2018)
Witness on the Factory performance test and inspection of purchased Road Marking machine from Turkey, Izmir, Altekma Group (7/2018)
& Attending close out meetings with all concerned parties project manager, contractor & consultant to prepare mechanical punch list for outstanding works to finalize it
completing all concessionaire's requirements in core & shell areas, duty-free areas, F&B areas…etc with all concerned parties contractor & consultant and Supervising of execution it without any operation impacts
issuing the defect notification report for all defected items to the contractor for rectification during defect notification period
sharing with all concerned parties in the negotiation process for facility management contract
sharing with ORAT team for overcoming all the problems affecting on transferring the airport from the construction to the real operation
Following & Supervising of execution the following Airport Systems during Terminal Building 2 Project phases

2. Fire fighting
3. Plumbing
4. fuel hydrant system
5. Infrastructure works (irrigation, Storm, Sewage, domestic networks)
With all parties (project manager HILL, project consultant ECG, contractor LIMAK)
• Duties
verifying that all process and activities are based on project management plan, scope management plan, schedule management plan
Ensure all technical aspects of the project are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ
Ensuring that the installation, inspection and testing & commissioning activities for (HVAC/Fire/Plumbing/fuel hydrant system /infrastructure works) comply with the project’s specification
Attending regular meetings ( on work progress, coordination, design, etc. ) with Main Contractor, Sub Contractor, Project Manager and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
Reviewing and approving for Design drawings, shop drawings, material submittal, material inspection request, request for information, method of statement, variation orders, and Operation and Maintenance manuals.
Reviews materials and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications.
Inspects deliveries/installed/constructed work to ensure that it is in accordance with the shop drawings and the specifications.
Monitors Contractor's submittals to local authorities and ensure that they are carried out in a timely manner in accordance with the contract document.
Witness on-site pipe system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing and other testing that may be required during the first fix works
Sharing with all concerned parties contractor & consultant to review, approve and achieve concessionaire's requirements in core & shell areas, duty-free areas, F&B areas…etc
Witness on testing and commissioning and performance of various plant and systems
Prepare on-going list of mechanical defects for contractor’s remedial action
Review and comment on snagging processes results and prepare list of defects for Contractor’s remedial action, Issue 'Handing Over' certificate for completed works.
sharing with ORAT team(Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer) to collect stockholders requirements and reviewed it and working to achieve it to complete operation of the airport
Witness on the Factory performance test and inspection of purchased mechanical equipment for Terminal Building 2 Project as follow :-
1. Water chilling units 3/1200 T.R located Jonson controls facility /USA
2. HVAC pumps located Bell & Gossett (ITT) facility/USA
3. Computer air handling units located Stulz facility / Germany
Responsible for the efficient and safe operation& maintenance of the Mechanical systems in terminal building (3)
Hvac system: (Water chillers, Boilers, pumps, Air handling units, DX units…)
Fire system: (Fire pumps, fire cabinet, fire hydrant, sprinklers system, fire network….)
Infrastructure works: (irrigation networks, Storm networks, Sewage networks, domestic...)
Duties
Establish the suitable Scope of Work for Whether our selves or the service providers to cover all services on site to keep the assets in safe and good conditions
Establish the annual Preventive Maintenance Plan.
Establish the annual budget that linked to annual plan.
