Responsibilities:
Finance
• Achieve sales & margin budget for each Brand
• In put into pricing, recommending amendments as necessary.
• Accountability for Pharma Department financial performance.
• For new projects, new products and new registrations, a business plan justifying the return on investment for the company needs to be presented to the Principles.
• Identify poor performing Brands and implement a strategy to replace or support the existing Brands.
• Managing department receivables and trade credit limit to minimize company risk and maintaining healthy cash flow levels
• Managing stock level to minimize expiry, support market demand with adequate supplies

Customer & Business Partners (Heinz, Nutricia, Rickett benckiser, P&G)
• Safeguard existing and develop new business opportunities with the existing business partners as well as research, investigate and recommend new business partners.
• Motivate and direct distribution staff in the market by building strong relationships, monitoring and providing exemplary support, provide the sale team with adequate resources and talents to achieve the desired Organization Excellence.
• Input into the development and implement the strategic plan for the territories, including the roll out of new product launches and relevant registrations. Set sales objectives coverage, distribution, MSL & visibility.
• Regularly visit the markets and meet with the Customers, key end users, Government bodies (MOH/MOD) and Jordanian Food and Drug Administration (JFDA).
• Gain market insight to assist in the pricing Structure.
• Research and devise business development prospects for the territories. This will involve investigating market opportunities.
• Implement the agreed Marketing Plan for key Brands.
Process
• Launch country specific products on time.
• Identify and justify a program for registrations process in the market.
• Roll out new product launch in market.
• Report the month end results to the GM, as well as the minutes of the internal and external meetings.
• Set sales target for Pharmacies division by brand by channel,
• Plan for resources required to deliver budget (people, vehicles, system, etc...
• Set sales department KPI per brand, channel, etc...
• Setting full year Marketing plan by brand and lead brand managers and coordinators to secure funds through suppliers and timely deployment for plans through competitive marketing planning
People
• Establish a strong working relationship with Business partner’s management; work closely with them to meet agreed objectives.
• Work with colleagues across the business to prepare and launch new products.
• Liaise with internal colleagues to respond to the customers enquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interview and provide recommendation to appoint sales personnel.
• Make frequent visits with sales staff and ensure that adequate sales reporting systems are in place.
• Set level of performance and standards of execution to develop talented employees to take higher role in the organization.
