Doing the following tasks:
- Planning & Scheduling
- Cost Control.
- Extension of Time & Delay analysis .
- Earned Value Analysis.
- Variations & Change Orders Analysis.
- Resource Management
- Implement and maintain the status reports.
- Track the criticality of the main paths to completion.
- To be responsible for all direct project implementation and management of staff, subcontractors, suppliers and persons involved in the project in general
- Conduct weekly and monthly periodic reports for the direct manager
- Monitoring and monitoring project performance and direct escalation in case of risks to the direct supervisor or management
- Close the project after taking all the approved deliveries from the client
- Study and revise the shop drawing and the specifications of the civil tasks which are presented by the general contractor.
- Follow up the implementation tasks in the site periodically and revise the report of the work process and the charts which show the implementation period in the time table.
- Also the reports of quality control and prepare the technical reports.
- Revise the extracts which are presented by the contractor and sign them.
- Follow up the coordination between the services and the different specialties ( Mechanic - Structure - Electricity - Architecture )
- Follow up the regulations and laws which serve the work in the central area.
- Find out the suitable solutions for the problems during the implementation and solve them according to the contract, specifications and conditions.
- Study the possibilities and efficiency of the contractors.
- Prepare the monthly reports of the work process and revise the security and safety means in the site.
