Responsibilities:
• Monitor project scope, ensure quality & manage deliverable.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, schematics & computer generated reports.
• Provide feedback to design department on client’s problems & requirements.
• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate & maintain mechanical products / equipment / systems.
• Confer with engineers to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions & provide technical Information.
Projects:
Jubail Island Development Project - Infrastructure Package & Marine works.
The project comprises the development of 400 hectares with a mix of serviced plots, high-end and mid-range properties, an office park, retail and F&B outlets, widening of 7 km waterways to improve overall waterfront living experience, restoration of water circulation to mangrove forests and support for the propagation of new forests where the environmental standards are the utmost priority during development and construction activities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the Estimation team, Procurement, Value Engineering, Variations (Change orders) & Time Extension.
• Supervise & manage construction activities for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting works.
• Define projects scope & goals during execution.
• Follow up Testing & Commissioning for all systems / equipments.
• Coordinate with Main contractors / ID consultant for the fit out works & details related to mechanical activities.
• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure critical areas of concern are addressed.
• Prepare Closing out documents.
• Track material orders & delivery.
• Liaise & Handing over the projects to the local authorities - DEWA, Dubai civil defense, Dubai municipality.
Projects:
1) Al Garhoud Mixed Use Development - Dubai, contains 3 star Ibis hotel, 4 star Mercure hotel & 4 star Mercure service apartments with common 3 basements.
Main systems: central hot water system, grey water system, Foam system, 30 nos. FM200 rooms, Fire Pumps,
water pumps, filtration system, heat pumps & calorifiers.
2) Al Habtoor City - Shaikh Zayed road - Dubai, contains prestigious residential Skyscrapers (Two towers 73 stories & one tower 53 stories)
Main systems: Air Handling Units, Heat exchangers, FCU, Water pumps & Filtration system.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor progress of MEP works against schedule & quality requirements and report on any discrepancies observed.
• Manage construction activities & interface with contractors directly.
• Coordinate between sub-contractors and civil activities during construction, finishing & fit out works.
• Liaise with the employer's representatives, contractor's site Engineers & sub contractors for matters related to MEP works.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide inputs on workshops as necessary.
• Guide the site walks with contractors to ensure proper movement of site activities.
• Coordinate with consultant on review for shop drawings & material submittal.
• Review scope of works for contractors.
• Record minutes of MEP technical meetings.
• Evaluation of MEP works prior to invoicing.
Projects:
1- Cleveland Clinic Health Care Project in Abu Dhabi, (Project value $1.4 Billion) Contains Clinic building with over 1, 500 medical examination rooms & associated support services, Patients Tower, D&T building with common basement.
Scope of work:
• Oversee / support / improve the MEP construction activities in the clinic building to ensure smooth co-ordination with different trades & services on site.
• Leading a team of MEP sub-contractor's Engineers / Foremen & monitoring workforce of approx. 900 operatives.
• Achieved the big challenge to coordinate the MEP activities & final installation with fit out works, medical equipment’s recommendations & operator’s requirements in a very high standard work quality.
2- ADNOC Head Quarters Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. - Iconic Skyscraper for Abu Dhabi National Oil Company which is number 68 Tallest in the World.
Height Occupied is 294 Mtr, Height to Tip is 342 Mtr, Contains 75 floors above ground & 2 basements.
Responsibilities:
• Achieved the targets in Managing all Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities (Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Drainage and Pump rooms installations, etc.)
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants & material suppliers.
• Supervise & guide site Engineers, Foremen & draftsmen.
• Follow up material submittals, method statements, shop drawing & As built Approvals with consultants.
• Follow up monthly payment & closing out documents with the client.
• Complete Testing, Commissioning & Handing over for all equipments or systems such as:
(Fire Fighting pumps, FM 200 system, Foam system, Pre action system)
(Transfer, Booster, Filtration, Circulating & Submersible pumps)
(Electric hot water calorifiers, Boilers, Filtration system, Softeners & Ultra Violet sterilizers)
• Claim for Variations, Additional cost (change orders) & Time Extension.
• Follow up and handing over the project to the local Authorities (ADSSC, Storm Water Municipality, ADDC, Abu Dhabi Civil Defense).
• Conduct training for facility management or end user teams for all equipment, pumps, systems, etc.

1) Al Bustan Complex - Mixed Use Development - Abu Dhabi, contains 3 Residential Towers, Novotel Hotel & one Office building, 5 Common Basements, Plant Rooms & Utilities Rooms.
Main systems: central hot water system, Boilers, Calorifiers, water pumps, FM200 system, Foam system, Pre action system & Fire pumps.
2) Centro Al Manhal Hotel by Rotana - Abu Dhabi, contains 24 stories, 220 guest rooms & 3 basement floors.
Main systems: central hot water system, Calorifiers, water pumps, filters, softeners, FM200 system & Fire pump.
3) Vision Twin Towers - Abu Dhabi, each tower contains 20 stories, 2 basement floors, swimming pool & gym.
4) 10 stories building - Mohammed bin zayed city - Abu Dhabi.
5) Private Villa for H.E. Shka. Sheikha bint Surour Al Nahyan - Abu Dhabi.
6) Following MEP works for 48 Various Villas in Khalifa City.

Responsibilities:
• Following operation & maintenance for:
Swimming pools pump rooms (Main swimming pool- 4000 m³, heated pool, Kids pool, Jacuzzi & villas pools).
Main pump room (domestic, fire fighting & irrigation pumps). Main sewerage lift station.
Fountains, water fall & water slide pump rooms. Sewage treatment plant 450 m³/day.
Air handling units & AC Split units.
External networks such as water supply, Fire Fighting, drainage & irrigation.
• Make weekly, monthly & yearly maintenance plans for equipments / systems.
• Order necessary spare parts for maintenance plans.
