Oversees the installation of a wide range of well completion products required in a geographic area :
Run Completions : MHR, MHP, TWR, ESP, PHL production packers, TRSSV safety valves, (RN, R, XN) nipple, SSD’s, SPM’s
Run Drillable Tools: Fas-drill bridge plugs, EZ-drill bridge plugs, EZSV-drill cement retainers.
Run Special Tools : RTTS packers, Champ packers, RBP’s
Run Versa flex liner hanger .
Accountable for onsite customer satisfaction with job execution and interpersonal interaction.
Consults with customers concerning products and services, promotes good customer relations at the well site, and insures customer
satisfaction with results.
• Ensures that the organization is optimally suited to identify customer needs and problems, to offer them the most appropriate and cost effective solutions, to deliver the best job execution with outstanding service quality, and to systematically evaluate results obtained to further improve our services in accordance with HSE, Operational Excellence plans and continuous improvement concepts.
• Organizes personnel, equipment and material resources in the most productive and cost effective way to meet activity demands. Ensures the area personnel are given the resources and support required to perform a safe and high quality job, and prompt and effective assistance in the handling of any major difficulties or accidents.
• Responds to Customer's service calls and contract requirements in a professional and timely manner, ensuring our personnel and equipment are always properly geared up for the delivery of services.
• Constantly reviews and evaluates the quality of job execution through systematic analysis of operational lost time incidents, to promptly determine their cause and the corrective actions needed in terms of area organization, personnel training and/or equipment maintenance.
Liner hanger Service coordinator
• Establish a good business communication between client (Sonatrach)
and smith services.
• Collect information and well data from the client before start the job.
• Assisting daily meetings and collect drilling rigs activity.
• Report equipment utilization and forecasts.
• Formulate and compile procedures and tool listings to address specific
customer requirements.
Liner hanger Field engineer
• Conduct liner hanger (HPS, EZRD, and EZRS) and packers (JMPH, JMPO,
WMPO, ECP) Operations on site as per smith procedures.
• Responsible for hydraulic and weight, cement calculations related to the
operation.
• delivering a job reports and operation sequences after the job done
Workshop Service Coordinator - R&M Facility (Workshop Manager)
• manages and directs the implementation of established company Quality,
Health and Safety, Environmental and Operational Management Systems,
Policies and Procedures
• Directly manages all workshop service personnel and equipment
movements.
• Directly manages and directs the allocation of workshop resources to
optimise Operational requirements for all Product Segments (Liners &
completion, Turbo drilling, drilling equipment).
• Maintenance of tools as per manufacturer’s specifications API standards
and Smith International, Inc procedures/specifications. Monitors records of
all services repairs carried out and ensures that compliant documentation
is provided to Operations Management, and FMS Administration.
• Ensures that workshop service personnel are kept up to date with current
technical data and Product Line Alerts
• Ensures that workshop service personnel are up to date with any new
equipment training
• Assist with Facility Planning and Development for additional Product Lines,
PPE Personnel, Equipment, Parts and Inventory
• Responsible for facility and equipment asset tracking and management, to
include FMS Cycle counting.
• Well testing of many oil and gas wells Rigless and DST/TCP in different field in
south Algeria.
• initial tests and cleanup shared with several operations (coil tubing, slickline,
perforation TCP, frac)
• Worked for BP, FCP, Conoco Philips, Total, Petro-Canada, GTFT, Cepsa,
Ourhoud, Sonatrach and Repsol.
Ongoing training of junior Well Test staff on location in all aspects of a Senior Operators Job.
On-going communications including half hourly reporting of data through reporting software to Customers
Recording and submission of all chargeable and non-chargeable activities inclusive of services as well as maintenance and repairs
To Customer and Schlumberger Operations.
Repair and service of equipment in shop and recording of both in cooperation with Well Test Supervisor.
Maintain, repair and service equipment including compressors, generators, pumps, etc.
Gather and record data and operate equipment as instructed by Well Test Supervisor which include but are not limited to Exploration / Production / In Line Well Testing, Clean Ups, Stimulation Recovery, Clean Out, and Flow Back to Customer and Company standards of excellence.
