Job Description:
1. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for tender submissions.
2. Review and assess the prices provided for tender proposals, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness. 3. Develop comprehensive comparison sheets and project budgets, considering all relevant factors and cost elements.
4. Assess and analyze Variation Orders, examining their impact on project costs and proposing appropriate adjustments.
5. Verify and evaluate payment certificates submitted by contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and cost control measures.
6. Review and evaluate contract conditions for each contractor, identifying potential risks and suggesting suitable mitigation strategies.
7. Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports, providing a comprehensive overview of project costs, progress, and financial performance.
8. Regularly engage in meetings with clients and take a leading role in commercial discussions, addressing cost-related matters and providing expert recommendations.
9. Overview claim evaluation process by Collaborated closely with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, legal advisors, and internal teams, to facilitate transparent communication and resolution of claim disputes. Engaged in proactive discussions and negotiations to reach fair and equitable outcomes that aligned with project objectives and contractual obligations.
