Receiving and managing large quantities of incoming and outgoing calls for our driving school where is located in Dubai (EDI), Sharjah (SDI) and Fujairah (FNDI). Educating the customer about everything related to the driving license starting from the (How to register, what the process and steps, what are the fees). Clarifying for our customer the courses that we have Such as (Regular, Fixed Price, Affordable Prices, Youth Driving, Saudiyat, GCC and Exempted Countries, Existing UAE License, Cabin crew, Golden visa). Handling customer complaints and forward for the relevant departments like (Training delay, Test issue, Wrong information, Wrong update, Staff attitude). Coordinating with other departments regarding providing our customers best solution for their complaints and making sure that they are satisfied with our services. Tracking and following customer requests like class requests, test booking and lecture attendance. Informing and remainder our customer about terms and conditions and guiding them about company rules and policy. Helping and teaching customers in some online cases like (How to attend to activate lectures, How to clear their pending payments, How to book their practical classes and school tests) Clarifying for the customers all information, rules and policy that is related to RTA test Booking, cancelation, prepone, postpone to help them to avoid the extra charge which will be applicable in some cases. Increasing the company sales rate by giving our customer the information with a good manner and positive attitude and convincing them with the VIP courses. Following with the potential VIP customer through VIP tracker and updating and registering customer requests, enquiry, and complaints in our software System (Orbit & Gunises)
Offering and selling the service and products which launched from our company such as (Prepaid plans, postpaid plans, Mobile phones, esim, and SIM replacement).
Provide excellent customer experience by listening, understanding and suggesting the right product to the customer
Increasing and achieving my sales target by upselling and cross selling the company products.
Having excellent usage for software application like Sieble, DSP, BSCS, and Win-cash
Receive and handling customer payments and issue receipts for each sales process.
Following with potential customer and upgrading existing customer packages.
Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs to ensure they are satisfied
