Scope/Project: Square Carve Out — Separation of EMAL power plant from EGA smelter to install
several 800 MVA 400KV/220KV transformers for clean energy supply involving TAQA, EWEC, and
Transco.
• Coordinated project design documents and collaborated between EGA and TAQA for the successful
execution of scoped works, demonstrating inter-organizational project management.
• Coordinated with OEM suppliers (e.g., Hitachi) for the extension of the 220 KV bay and installation of
400KV/220KV transformers, emphasizing vendor coordination and equipment integration.
• Monitored site execution activities in a brownfield environment, identifying and overcoming obstacles
during execution.
• Represented the EGA Energy operation team in coordination meetings and facilitated required
permits, accesses, and approvals to ensure smooth project execution within operational premises.

Scope/Project: Maintenance management of a large-scale 3450 MW power generation plant.
• Supervised the timely completion of planned and unplanned preventive and corrective maintenance
activities for a 3450 MW power generation plant.
• Maintained an effective PM compliance rate and achieved department KPIs to meet given
organizational targets.
• Attended breakdown maintenance repairs and on call duties in close coordination with the Power
operation team to quickly restore the system.
• Planned and executed outage activities efficiently within the outage duration, including managing
spare parts, manpower, and external resources.
• Managed maintenance costs, overtime, and contract labor administration to maintain strict budget
control.
• Developed and reviewed standard electrical maintenance procedures in line with OEM
recommendations, best industrial practices, and risk matrices.
• Ensured plant and equipment complied with international standards and managed spare part
inventories to support ongoing operations.

Scope/Project: EMAL CCPP Project — EPC of a $0.6B, 1024 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant
associated with General Electric (GE).
• Coordinated the electrical scope during the construction phases of the $0.6B, 1024 MW Combined
Cycle Power Plant.
• Served as the primary point of contact between Samsung and GE during the installation and testing
of GE electrical package installations.
• Led the installation and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for MV, LV, MCC Switchgear, Transformers,
Battery Systems, and Grounding Systems.
• Coordinated design reviews and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure quality oversight across
project phases.
• Participated in commissioning activities of MV SWGR SEPAM relays, secondary injection testing, CT
primary injection testing, HV testing, LV SWGR commissioning activities, UPS and DC charger
testing, battery rundown test, generator and GSUT testing, etc…
• Managed client interactions for E&I warranty claims and punch items, including scheduling, material
procurement, manpower allocation, and documentation for rectification.
• Developed detailed project progress reports for the Electrical Department and reported directly to the
Electrical General Manager and Project Manager.
• Administered supplier contracts, handled change orders, negotiated scope, and ensured performance
compliance within budget.

Scope/Project: S2 IWPP Project — EPC of a $2.1B, 1500 MW Shuweihat S2 Independent Water and
Power Plant associated with Siemens and Doosan.
• Managed the installation of grounding systems, embedded conduits, and duct banks across the
project site.
• Supervised the installation of indoor and outdoor lighting alongside power receptacles.
• Provided critical technical support to senior management for construction activities involving
generators, GSUT, and UAT.
