-Managing a site consisting of an agricultural produce packing station, an oil and pickling
factory, and a farm with an area of 5, 700 acres, with all its equipment and vehicles, and
2, 500 workers and employees (24/7).

Responsible of:
-Organizing and arranging the internal work regulations according to the social insurance
roles and the requirements of the management of reducing numbers without harming the
operation according to the job description.
-Making the most suitable securing plane for the factory with the lowest expenses (24/7)
(outsourcing/manage the security guards duties /use of unusual methods to make more
secure place with the lowest cost).
-Maximizing the waist value by studding the reason to minimize it to the lowest values with
the highest possible prices with the most secured audit system.
• Managing personnel affairs and ensuring that there is oversight over the implementation of
social insurance instructions and labor office requirements.
• Responsible of establishing site infrastructure development projects and implementing
them in accordance with the established plan, and following up on implementation rates and
implementing them in accordance with the companys financial policy.
• Implementing government relations with the difference states and obtaining the necessary
licenses.
