•Responsible for handling production issues that disrupts the production process, reporting them to Production Section Head.
•Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
•Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
•Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce it.
•Ensure waste rates not to exceed the agreed upon figures in the BOM
•Monitor & control raw materials usage rates to be consistent with the BOM.
•Responsible for achieving 100 % of the pre-determined production plan allocated for each shift.
Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
Train and coach production line operators.
Responsible for shift scheduling.
Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
Establishing & Operating within standard operating procedures (SOP).
Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
Ensure a clean and safe work area.
