Duties include:
• Maintains fluid properties on rig sites by testing fluid properties accurately.
• Maintains inventory at customer well sites.
• Provide effective customer service by providing rig-site customers and coordinators information
regarding the progress of a rig site and create/implement solutions to rig site problems.
• Provide ongoing support to assist operations in providing our customers the most effective,
environmentally safe drilling fluids available while optimizing the well-bore construction process and maximizing our customers' production.
Additional information
• Experienced DRLG with many drilling fluids systems; Spud Mud, KCl Polymer mud, NaCl Polymer Mud, Sodium/Potassium formate mud, Baroid High Technology Synthetic OBM (INNOVERT SYSTEM), RHELIANT OBM ( MI SYSTEM ).
• Experienced drilling with MPD SYSTEM ( management pressures while drilling).
• Experienced drilling multi-lateral wells with 90 Deg. Inclination and 5500 ft open hole in the reservoir.
• Experienced drilling w/Baker MAX BRIDGE System for High Over Balance Drilling.
• Experienced drilling w/Baroid Hydro Guard System for High Over Balance Drilling.
• Experienced drilling with high weighted barite mud up to 152 pcf.
• Drilled high concentration H2S expected zones with taking all safety precautions like masking and
having H2S scavengers, contingency plan like having kill mud.
• Giving feed back and recommendation on mud system.
• Supervising on cementing jobs (volumes pumped, mud and cement losses and returns during the job)
and mud pushes mixing.
• Cooperate with all division on the technical aspect and learning process to drive continuous
performance improvement in the well operation.
• Plan and manage chemicals movement as required for the well operations.
• Experienced special drilling fluids operations and problems such as curing formation losses (partial
and total), spotting fluids for freeing stuck pipe, balanced plug cementing, Top Cement Jobs, drilling long intervals of cement plugs, drilling high deviation with high torque/drag, reactive shale, sloughing and caving hole, depleted sand drilling, fractured formations drilling, foaming problems & bit balling.
• Experienced drilling expected shallow gas wells using diverter and taking all precautions regards to H2S.
• Experienced using filtered and not filtered brines like NACL, CaCL2.
Responsible for converting sales plan to production plan
Monitoring and analyzing the distribution of our products.
Weekly and monthly follow-ups of actual production and comparing to estimated plan.
Duties include:
Mange water jet (ceramic cutter) including design, inkjet (ceramic printer) and Tantometer (mixing colors) processes/operations.
Monitor and schedule for a new production line by primavera.
Prepare production plans in production lines.
Prepare MRP for raw materials.
Create a new production plan system using primavera.
Responsible for converting sales plan to production plan.
Monitoring the local distribution of our products.
