and cash results plans for Baby Care MEA supply chain

produce to order)

• Owns Non Performing Inventory (NPI) elimination and monitoring in
closed collaboration with Business Planning Leader
• Manage production volumes & sourcing across the plants in the region to
determine; operation staffing, transportation costs & warehousing costs.
• Execute Health Check action plan for Category Supply Planning
• Responsible for people development & succession planning
